We do our best, ask God to bless, and

  worship the old-fashioned, country way.

The church is ready for any occasion, Thanks to the faithful-working behind the scenes-we couldn't do without  them!

We miss Kathleen Sauls.  She went to be with our Lord.

"Rest in Peace, Kathleen."

We miss Mr. Bill (Dawn's dad). What a sweet and humble man.

He was always smiling and faithful.

The unsung heroes in our church keep Smoaks

Baptist running smoothly. Members with special

talents give of themselves. The needs of our church

are met.  The table is spred for special occasions.

                                                        As Pastor Dan can say,

"We Baptist just love to eat!"

Many time we take these things for granted-then we

remember-and give 'Thanks' for what they have done.

                                                             Little Angel Girl

                                                       In honor of Tiffinay Ryan

                                                  Every Sunday she attends church.

Her family sits on the back pew.

                                                  Contorted, smiling and singing

Little Angel Girl in the back pew.

She waits for the children's sermon.

Wondering what the Pastor will do.

She smiles as she is carried to the front-

Little Angel Girl in the back pew.

                                                  The congregation begins to sing.

A voice is heard loud and true.

                                                  Everyone loves her.

Little Angel Girl in the back pew.

                                                  Cerebral Palsy, with complications

                                                  will not dissuade her decision.

The Pastor knows what to do.

In his arms she accepts her Lord and Savior-

Little Angel Girl in the back pew.
